Maintenance order enforcement allows any magistrate to execute unpaid maintenance upon identity and non payment verification.

Orders for maintenance and interim maintenance, including expenses of proceedings, must be given free to the person entitled or their guardian or payee, and may be enforced by any Magistrate where the person against whom it is made is found, upon the Magistrate being satisfied as to the parties' identity and the non payment of the allowance or expenses due.
