Company winding up: limitation periods exclude the winding-up commencement and one year after the winding-up order.

When computing the period of limitation for any suit or application in the name of, or on behalf of, a company being wound up by the Tribunal, exclude the time from commencement of the winding up until one year immediately following the date of the winding up order, notwithstanding the Limitation Act or any other law.
