The amendment removes the clause authorising imprisonment from subsection (1) and substitutes wording so that only a monetary fine is prescribed in place of the prior combination of imprisonment and fine; subsection (2) is amended by omitting the cross-reference to section 143, thereby changing the interrelation of those provisions.
