Company winding-up summons: Tribunal may order delivery of points of claim, set evidence by affidavit or oral hearing, and require liquidator reports.

On return of a summons under the Companies (Winding Up) Rules the Tribunal may direct whether points of claim and defence are to be delivered, require points of claim in Form WIN 74 or WIN 75 with necessary variations, determine whether evidence is taken orally or by affidavit (wholly or in part), order cross-examination of affidavit deponents at the hearing, require reports from the liquidator, and generally regulate procedure for the summons and its hearing.
