Registrar custody and seal control: Registrar supervises records and authorises affixation of the official seal in writing.

The Registrar performs administrative functions under the general superintendence of the Presiding Officer or an authorized Member and holds custody of the Appellate Tribunal's records. The Registrar has exclusive custody and control of the official seal; subject to directions from the Presiding Officer or authorized Member, the seal may be affixed to orders, summonses, processes or certified copies only under the Registrar's written authority.
