Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal rules establish rulemaking authority and commencement under the Depositories Act on Gazette publication.

The Central Government, exercising the powers conferred by section 24 read with section 23A of the Depositories Act, 1996, promulgated the Depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000; the Rules are so titled and come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
