Notification implements a Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement enabling automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports among jurisdictions party to or covered by the Convention, requiring Reporting Entities of MNE Groups to file annual CbC Reports in prescribed format, mandating jurisdictions to enact legislation and infrastructure for secure, timely and confidential exchanges, and defining terms including Jurisdiction, Competent Authority, Reporting Entity, Constituent Entity, Excluded MNE Group and the Agreement in effect condition for bilateral exchanges.
