Prescribed electronic payments: additional electronic modes recognised for section 50C consideration receipts, enabling rulemaking for validation.

The amendment substitutes "bank account" with "bank account or through such other electronic mode as may be prescribed" in the second proviso to sub-section (1) so that the first proviso will also apply where consideration or part thereof is received by any other electronic mode prescribed by the Board; the amendment grants the Board rulemaking power to prescribe such electronic modes and applies from the commencement date stated in the Bill.
