Misuse of official position prohibited: employees barred from using office role or facilities for personal or family advantage.

Regulation 71 forbids employees from encouraging outside parties to visit residences while on tour, directs that written communications be the norm when dealing with market intermediaries and the public, prohibits use of office facilities like letterheads to seek share allotments for family or associates, and bars activities or favours that compromise integrity. It expressly states an employee is strictly prohibited from using official position for personal favours for themselves, family, relatives or friends.
