Demonstration prohibition bars employees from participating in demonstrations harming Board interests, public order, or incitement to offence.

Employees are prohibited from engaging in or participating in any demonstration prejudicial to the interests of the Board, the sovereignty and integrity of India, the security of the State, friendly relations with foreign States, public order, decency or morality, or which involves contempt of court, defamation or incitement of an offence.
