Registration rejection requires an opportunity to be heard, written grounds and a thirty day right to reconsideration.

If a KRA registration application does not satisfy regulations 6 and 9, the Board shall reject it only after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard; the rejection must be communicated in writing within thirty days with stated grounds. An aggrieved applicant may apply for reconsideration within thirty days of intimation, and the Board shall reconsider and communicate its decision in writing as soon as possible.
