Rescission of prior circulars with a savings mechanism preserves pending applications, orders and committee continuity under new settlement rules.

Regulation 24 rescinds specified Board circulars and provides that applications and pending matters under those circulars are deemed filed under these regulations, settlement orders passed under those circulars are deemed passed under these regulations, proposals and recommendations arising from internal and advisory committee processes are deemed made under these regulations, and the internal committee(s) and high powered advisory committee shall continue to function until reconstitution by the Board.
