Enforcement of municipal debt listing rules: contraventions subjected to Board action under the governing Act and sanctions.

Contraventions of the regulations governing issue and listing of municipal debt securities are to be dealt with by the Board in accordance with the Act; Regulation 28 originally provided that any contravention would be addressed by the Board under the enabling statute and was subsequently omitted by notification, leaving enforcement to the Board's statutory powers under the governing enactment.
