Application completeness requirement: incomplete SRO applications may be rejected after opportunity to remedy and limited extension.

Applications for recognition as a self regulatory organisation must be complete and conform to the Regulations and Form A; nonconforming or incomplete applications may be rejected. Before rejection the Board must give the applicant an opportunity to remove objections within a prescribed cure period and may, for sufficient cause, grant a limited extension to permit rectification.
