Regulation of insolvency professionals expanded to promote development and permit fees for registration and renewal.

The amendment inserts a clause empowering the promotion and regulation of the development, working and practices of insolvency professionals, insolvency professional agencies, information utilities and other institutions to further the Code's purposes, and revises fee authority to permit fees "for carrying out the purposes of this Code, including fee for registration and renewal."
