Enforcement authority expanded: amendment empowers both adjudicating officer and Board to act under Depositories Act

The amendment inserts the words "or the Board" after the reference to the adjudicating officer in the first sub provision and substitutes wording in the second sub provision to refer to "adjudicating officer or the Board" and to revise the subsequent compliance language, thereby making the Board an express actor alongside the adjudicating officer in the enforcement and compliance provisions of the section.
