Central Government substitution of authority: clause (ii) of section 39 now names Central Government replacing Reserve Bank.

An amendment replaces the Reserve Bank with the Central Government in clause (ii) of section 39 of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987, effected by the Finance Act, 2018, so that references to the Reserve Bank in that clause are substituted with references to the Central Government.
