Proceeds of duties under repealed enactments must be collected or paid into the Consolidated Fund of India.

Proceedings require that proceeds of duties levied under enactments repealed by the Fifth Schedule immediately before assent are, if collected but not paid into the Reserve Bank of India, paid into the Reserve Bank, and if not collected, collected and paid into the Reserve Bank, for credit to the Consolidated Fund of India.
