Imposes liability for fraudulent management of a corporate debtor during a pre-packaged insolvency resolution process or creditor-initiated insolvency resolution process. If an officer manages the corporate debtor's affairs with intent to defraud creditors or for any fraudulent purpose on or after the relevant insolvency commencement date, the Adjudicating Authority may, on application by the resolution professional, impose a penalty of not less than one lakh rupees and up to one crore rupees.
