The bankruptcy trustee must convene a committee of creditors meeting on completion of administration and distribution, present a report of the administration and distribution, and the committee must approve the report and determine whether the trustee should be released under section 148; the trustee must retain sufficient sums from the estate to meet expenses of convening and conducting that meeting.
