Financial and administrative powers: State President may delegate authority over appellate benches, subject to ongoing supervision.

The State President is vested with financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to another Member or officer, provided that the delegate continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President; the exercise of these powers is to be prescribed.
