Right of appeal to the Supreme Court lies from National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and from High Court judgments certified as fit for appeal; appeals follow, so far as practicable, the Code of Civil Procedure rules applicable to Supreme Court appeals, and where the Supreme Court varies or reverses a High Court judgment, effect is to be given to that order under the statutory appellate mechanism.
