An appeal to the supreme appellate forum lies from Appellate Tribunal orders and from High Court judgments in appeals under the prior provision when the High Court certifies the case fit for further appeal. Civil Procedure Code provisions on appeals to the highest court apply, so far as practicable, to these appeals. If the High Court's judgment is varied or reversed on appeal, effect must be given to the appellate order in the manner prescribed for High Court judgments, ensuring procedural implementation of the higher court's decision.
