The Appellate Tribunal may, after giving parties an opportunity of being heard, confirm, modify, annul or refer orders back for fresh adjudication with directions and additional evidence if necessary; it may grant adjournments for sufficient cause; amend its orders to rectify errors apparent on the face of the record subject to hearing requirements where amendments increase liability; is required to decide appeals within a prescribed period where possible; must send copies of orders to relevant authorities and parties; and, except as provided by specified review sections, its orders are final and binding.
