Legislative review of delegated legislation enables modification or annulment of rules and notifications following prescribed laying.

Rules, Commissioner regulations and Government notifications must be laid before the State Legislature for thirty days (in one or successive sessions); the Legislature may in the following session modify or annul them, and any modification or annulment does not affect the validity of actions previously taken under the original instrument.
