Authority to establish a Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal is conferred on the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, to facilitate registration, tax payment, return furnishing, computation and settlement of integrated tax, and the electronic way bill, and to carry out other prescribed functions.
