Interest on refund: statutory interest accrues from payment date until refund where appellate admission payments are ordered returned.

Where an amount paid by an appellant under provisions for admission of an appeal is required to be refunded consequent to an order of the Appellate Authority or the Appellate Tribunal, interest on such refund at the statutory rate is payable from the date of payment until the date of refund.
