Power to regulate procedure: Authority and Appellate Authority may set their own procedural rules within the Advance Ruling framework.

Section 106 provides that the Authority and the Appellate Authority, within the Advance Ruling framework under the West Bengal GST Act, have the power to regulate their own procedure, subject to the provisions of the Chapter, thereby conferring procedural autonomy while remaining bound by other statutory constraints in the Chapter.
