Laying of rules and notifications: must be presented to the State Legislature and may be modified or annulled thereafter.

Rules, regulations and notifications under the Act must be laid before the State Legislature for a total of thirty days across one or more sessions; if the Legislature, before the expiry of the immediately following session, agrees to modify or annul the instrument, it will thereafter operate only as modified or not at all, while any prior acts done under it remain valid.
