Administrative delegation of tribunal powers permits State President to allocate financial and administrative authority subject to direction, control and supervision.

The State President possesses financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate any portion of those powers to another Member or officer of the State Bench or Area Benches, provided that the delegate, while exercising such delegated powers, continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
