The Appellate Tribunal may confirm, modify, annul or remit orders to lower authorities for fresh adjudication, permit adjournments (limited to three per party), and amend its orders to correct errors apparent on the face of the record within a three-month period, provided amendments that increase liability are subject to an opportunity of hearing. The Tribunal should, as far as possible, decide appeals within one year, must send copies of its orders to relevant authorities and parties, and its orders are final and binding except as otherwise provided.
