Financial and administrative powers: State President may exercise and delegate oversight over Appellate Tribunal benches under prescribed supervision.

The State President has prescribed financial and administrative authority over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate any such powers to another Member or officer, provided that the delegatee exercises those powers under the continuing direction, control and supervision of the State President and within limits the State President deems fit.
