State President delegation of financial and administrative powers permitted, subject to continued direction, control and supervision.

The State President is vested with prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches and may delegate such powers to another Member or an officer, provided the delegatee continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
