Direct supply from job worker premises allowed if principal declares premises as additional place of business or job worker registered.

A principal may supply goods directly from a job worker's premises if the principal has declared the job worker's premises as an additional place of business when the job worker is unregistered; if the job worker is a registered person direct supply is permitted without that declaration; the Commissioner may also notify goods for which direct supply from the job worker's premises is allowed.
