The rule defines wholly produced or obtained by listing categories that qualify as originating in a Party: plant and plant products grown or harvested there; live animals born and raised there and their products; goods from hunting, trapping, fishing or aquaculture conducted there; minerals and naturally occurring substances extracted from its soil, waters, seabed or sub-seabed; products taken from waters or seabed outside territorial waters where the Party holds exploitation rights under the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea; sea-fishing and marine products taken by its vessels; products processed on its factory ships from such marine products; articles fit only for disposal or recycling collected there; and products produced solely from these listed materials.
