Procedural autonomy: Authority and Appellate Authority may regulate their own procedures for matters arising under the Act.

The Authority or, as the case may be, the Appellate Authority shall, subject to the provisions of this Chapter, have power to regulate its own procedure in all matters arising out of the exercise of its powers under the Act; procedural autonomy extends to framing and applying rules governing matters arising from the exercise of their statutory powers, consistent with Chapter constraints.
