Maintenance of Cash Register: immediate entry of postal orders, demand drafts or cash, verification and deposit into Tribunal bank account.

Rule 36 requires Registration Clerks to enter immediately into a Cash Register any payments received by Indian postal orders, demand drafts or cash. The Clerk must transmit payments received during each day or week to the cashiering official for scrutiny and acknowledgement on the next or last working day, and that official must deposit verified receipts into the Tribunal's bank account, ensuring recording, verification, and banking of Registry receipts.
