If value cannot be determined under preceding rules, the computed value method requires valuation by totaling: the cost of production, manufacture or processing of goods or cost of provision of services; charges for design or brand; and an amount for profit and general expenses equal to that usually reflected in supplies of the same class or kind made by other suppliers.
