Transfer of warehoused goods to another warehouse requires prior permission of the bond officer through the prescribed transfer Form. When the authorised Form is produced, the licensee must allow removal and loading, affix a one-time lock to the transport, record its number on the Form and transport document, retain copies, record removal of the goods, and provide the retained documents to the bond officer.
