Notification commencement rule: notifications under section 25 take effect from date of issue for Official Gazette publication.

Amendment revises the commencement rule for notifications under section 25 by substituting sub section (4) so that every notification under sub section (1) or sub section (2A) comes into force on the date of its issue by the Central Government for publication in the Official Gazette, unless otherwise provided; sub section (5) is omitted.
