Appeal rights allow aggrieved persons to challenge Tribunal orders before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal within prescribed time.

Any aggrieved person may prefer an appeal against the order or decision of the Tribunal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal within a period of forty-five days from the date on which the copy of the order is delivered in such manner as may be provided by that Appellate Tribunal.
