Transmission of distributable sums: payment may be sent by approved modes at payee's risk within the prescribed period.

Distributable sum may be transmitted to the person entitled, at that person's request and risk, by registered post, by cheque, by demand draft, or by any other mode appropriate or approved by the Tribunal, and such transmission is to be effected within forty five days from the date of filing the list of creditors before the Tribunal.
