Notes of deposition confidentiality restricts access to the Liquidator, subject to Tribunal directions on custody and copies.

Notes of deposition must be signed by the deponent and lodged with the Registrar; they remain confidential and are not open to creditors, partners or others, nor may copies or extracts be supplied except to the Liquidator or pursuant to orders of the Tribunal. The Tribunal may issue general or special directions about custody, inspection and furnishing of copies or extracts of such notes.
