Variation of partners' list: objections are time-limited but the tribunal may extend or admit late applications.

Objections by a partner to the Liquidator's settled list must be filed within a 21-day time limit from service of the settlement notice; the Tribunal may extend that period or admit late applications, and any order varying the list must be in the prescribed order format (Form No. 54).
