Creditor appeal procedure requires liquidator to file rejected proof with Registrar; creditors or partners may seek intervention.

The liquidator must, on receipt of notice of an appeal against a rejected proof, file that proof and the order containing the grounds of rejection with the Registrar of the Tribunal. Creditors or partners may apply for leave to intervene in the appeal, and the Tribunal may grant such leave on just terms and, if granted, the intervenor must be given notice of the hearing.
