Preparation of statement of affairs must be undertaken at the individual's own cost when required to submit and verify it.

Any person required under the LLP winding-up rules to submit and verify a statement of the partnership's affairs must prepare the statement of affairs at his own cost, thereby assigning the financial responsibility for preparation and verification to the individual mandated to file it.
