Appendix 19B prescribes the standardized Registration cum Membership Certificate content: exporter name, IEC number, registered/head office address, date of establishment, description of goods/services, registration number, exporter category (manufacturer, merchant, or merchant cum manufacturer), and names of proprietors/partners/directors/karta. It further requires a certification statement referencing council records and scheme conditions, the competent officer's signature, name, designation and seal, date of issue and validity/renewal details, and space for endorsement of any amendments.
