Intimation of appointment of receiver requires prompt notice to the company and Registrar and registration of particulars.

Where a receiver or manager is appointed over property subject to a charge, the appointee or appointing person must give notice to the company and the Registrar with a copy of the order or instrument and the Registrar shall, on payment of prescribed fees, register particulars in the register of charges. A person ceasing to hold appointment must similarly notify the company and Registrar and the Registrar shall register that notice.
