Electronic record maintenance allows companies to store and provide statutory documents electronically under prescribed form and manner.

Companies may maintain, permit inspection of, and provide copies of corporate documents, records, registers and minutes in electronic form when such retention, inspection or copying is permitted or required under the Act, provided the electronic maintenance and inspection conform to the form and manner prescribed by regulation.
