Dissolution of company: liquidator applies and Tribunal may order dissolution, with Registrar notification and penalties for delay.

When a company has been completely wound up, the Company Liquidator must apply to the Tribunal for dissolution; the Tribunal may order dissolution on that application or on its own motion where just and reasonable, after which the liquidator must forward the dissolution order to the Registrar for entry in the company register, and a default in forwarding the order attracts a daily monetary penalty.
